Through open dialogue, curiosity, and reflection, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where your thoughts and feelings can be explored with depth and care.

Taking the step to speak with someone can be challenging. My office is a safe space where you can feel relaxed, comfortable, and at ease during your session. Feel more comfortable at home? I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions at your convenience.
