At Your Guide to Livengood, therapy is a collaborative and thoughtful process grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy. Together, we explore and build upon your unique strengths while attending to the underlying patterns, internal conflicts, and relational dynamics that may be shaping your current difficulties. Through open dialogue, curiosity, and reflection, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where your thoughts and feelings can be explored with depth and care.
